Rhythmic Breathing Sequences

Starting in Module 2, we introduce rhythmic breathing—a transformative practice that guides you through full yogic breathing cycle (inhalation, full retention, exhalation, and void retention) using a fixed count. This technique has the potential to awaken extraordinary states of consciousness.
