Bliss Is More Than a Sensation—It’s a Path to Reveal Your True Nature
Touch is one of our most fundamental human needs—and one often neglected in modern life. In this 3- or 5-day workshop, you’ll learn Cranial Bliss Therapy (CBT), a somatic healing practice that uses gentle, conscious touch of the cranium to open to Presence and the Heart.
According to Samkhya philosophy, the subtle essence of touch is understood as one of the Tanmatras, a quality of perception connected to the element of air and, in the yogic tradition, to anahata—the heart chakra. Touch as a conscious, loving action can be a way to open to your inherent bliss, the Divine within.
In this workshop, you’ll learn the basic anatomy of the cranium, receive and give a hands-on massage sequence, and be guided through various foundational yogic teachings.
Each day includes Hridaya Hatha Yoga, meditation, cranial massage, sharing circles, and devotional practices, creating a space in which touch can be explored with conscious, sacred presence rather than simply as a massage technique.
You’ll leave with an embodied skill to offer your loved ones or integrate into your current healing modality and gain a grounded, felt sense of touch as a bridge back to Self-awareness. This workshop is open to all levels; no prior massage or bodywork experience is required.
Please note: If you have already participated in one of Aimee’s Cranial Bliss Therapy retreats, you’ll receive some new teachings in this workshop.
