The Art of Rest

A 3- or 5-Day Journey Exploring the Profound Essence of Rest

with Aimee Norton-Taylor and Iris

October 27–29, 2024
December 16–18 or December 16–20, 2024

Presented in English in Mazunte, Mexico

Do You Long to Rest Deeply in Yourself and Your Relationships?

This transformative workshop explores the profound essence of rest and the deep connection it fosters in ourselves and our relationships.

Rooted in the wisdom of Hridaya Yoga, this journey blends individual practices and collective wisdom-sharing sessions. Together, we’ll experience restorative practices, somatic meditations, and explorations of resting in connection with one another and with nature.

Join us and discover how to cultivate inner resources to support you in opening and trusting your life. Learn to identify behaviors that take you out of rest, bringing more awareness to your coping mechanisms.

You’ll gain insight into the roots of your personal patterns, beliefs, and behaviors by looking into formative experiences—including conception, early childhood, and ancestral influences.

If you’re seeking to deepen your understanding of rest and cultivate a loving connection with yourself and others, this workshop is for you.

Whether you’re new to these practices or seeking to go deeper, you are welcome.
