Originally from Alsace, Rio has spent a lot of time traveling the globe following his passion for adventure and music. He notably spent six years in Norway, fascinated by the Nordic beauty and outdoor activities: climbing, Nordic skiing, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, and other expeditions.

In 2021, Rio fell under the spell of the Hridaya center in Longeval. The teachings of the heart, the silent retreats, and the community of Yogis in Longeval inspired him to commit himself wholeheartedly to the path of Yoga.

Since then, the Hridaya adventure has continued, with even more joy and gratitude for life. He also loves singing in groups and making Sanskrit mantras vibrate. And his guitar is never far away! Om Namah Shivaya!
