It was only a matter of time before the Hridaya teachings beckoned Phoebe, a passionate lover of life, from Australia. She joined us in Mexico in 2014 and returned in 2015, when a 3-Day Hridaya Silent Meditation Retreat awakened a profound shift. After years of worldwide travel as an international flight attendant, she began an inward investigation. She gravitated to contemplation in the mountains of British Columbia, Canada, where she completed 350 hours of yoga teacher trainings. In 2016, she participated in the 500-hour Hridaya TTC, which revealed depth and Trust in our True Nature.

Phoebe later experienced the 49-Day Prathyabhijna Retreat, answering a call for silence and solitude and awakening an intuition of the Consciousness of Oneness. Afterward, spending life in service to the Spiritual Heart seemed clear and obvious. When not present at our centers in Mexico and France, and the planets align, Phoebe offers meditation and yoga retreats in the mountains of Japan. She feels a profound resonance with the naturally meditative flow of life there, which she immersed herself in for years, and a deep love of hot spring bathing. It brings Phoebe great joy to share with Trust the teachings of the Heart, as we awaken to the Love that we are!
