Paige has been a teacher with Hridaya since 2017, drawn to the path by a deep longing for Truth after years of navigating addiction, depression, and anxiety. Her spiritual journey began in earnest through the sudden and graceful process of recovering from opioid and alcohol addiction—an experience that sparked a profound awakening and reoriented her life around God-realization.

Since then, she has been gifted the opportunity to teach and to share these teachings of Hatha Yoga and the Consciousness of Oneness. Her approach is rooted in authenticity, a burning aspiration for Truth, and a deep reverence for the sublimation of energies. She honors the sacred cosmic forces of our being and draws continual inspiration from the rich cosmology of the chakra system.

Paige is especially devoted to helping others come out of suffering, particularly those walking the path of recovery from addiction. The teachings of compassion, goodness, and mercy touch her heart the most. She strives to walk a path of humbleness in which the teachings point to this mystical domain of the soul with God—honoring the sacredness of life, of everything—with a burning and throbbing aspiration for union with the Beloved, the Supreme Universal Consciousness.

She also loves animals, a good laugh, dancing, cooking, staying strong and fit, and generally delighting in all the quirky joys and soulful expressions of this human manifestation.
