Naveen has been drawn to spiritual exploration since an early age, immersing herself in Tibetan Buddhism, Bhakti Yoga, Tantra, and other mystical traditions before arriving at Hridaya. She completed the Hridaya Teacher Training Course in 2017 and served as a teacher and community leader at our center in Mexico for many years. She has participated in numerous silent meditation retreats, including long periods in solitude. A trained classical musician and enthusiastic bhakta, she loves to share the joy of devotion through kirtan.

Since 2022, Naveen has devoted herself to Gaudiya Vaishnava Bhakti, living in holy places in India to immerse herself fully in the culture and devotional lifestyle of this tradition. She received initiation from Prabhupad Srila Premgopal Goswami, and now shares kirtan as a sacred art and path of devotion. Her heartfelt wish is to offer the sweetness of Bhakti to those who long to open their hearts and remember the Divine.
