Luzia’s journey back to the Heart began in 2016, following an inner crisis and a search for answers and meaning in life. Yoga became her tool to slowly reawaken from a long dream.

In search of authentic spiritual teachings, she left her life in Germany behind and traveled to Hridaya Mexico in 2020, where she found everything she had been longing for. Two years later, she completed her teacher training and began sharing the teachings in both English and Spanish.

Luzia is fully devoted to the revelation of our True Nature, for the benefit and enlightenment of all beings. This calling leads her to long periods of solitude, where she deepens her practice and faith.
