Originally from the South of France, Louis worked for seven years as a scuba diving instructor and cave diving guide in the Yucatán Peninsula in Mexico.

During this period, he spent a large part of his free time practicing freediving, a discipline in which he became an instructor in 2017. Through cave diving and freediving, he discovered courage, depth, and silence.

A fascination was born in him that brought him closer to yoga and the teachings of non-duality, which he discovered in 2017 thanks to Hridaya.

Being in deep resonance with the teachings transmitted by Hridaya, he became involved in the community in Mexico, where he spent two years practicing Karma Yoga, meditation, and Hatha Yoga.

Longing to continue to deepen his practice and share the teachings, he became a Hridaya teacher in 2019.

Since then, he has returned to France, where he has the pleasure of teaching at our center in Longeval.
