Since childhood, Charlotte has questioned the world. First through scientific studies, then by traveling in Europe and later in southern India. The practice of Reiki, a passion for astrology, and the occasional practice of meditation and yoga reawakened her yearning for greater freedom and exploration in the experience of human life.

Already deeply convinced of the grace of human life, at the age of 23, the divine offered her a second birth. The integration would take several years. In July 2019, the teachings of Module 1, and particularly the discovery of Karma Yoga, overturned the last attachments to her life as a young engineer. At that moment, her questions were answered and peace settled in.

She joined the Hridaya France community in 2021. A Hridaya teacher since 2023, Charlotte serves the Longeval center in France with joy and great gratitude.
