Blanca’s spiritual journey began with a deep longing to know the Truth and to live from the Heart. After many years working in leadership roles in the corporate world, a silent meditation retreat with Hridaya’s founder, Sahajananda, awakened in her a sincere call to dedicate her life to the path of Truth and Self-Inquiry.

Blanca has immersed herself in the teachings of Advaita Vedanta, Tantra, and the mystical traditions that reveal the unity of Being. Her path has been deeply inspired by her devotion to the Mahavidyas and the Dakinis, expressions of the Divine Feminine whose fierce and compassionate wisdom illuminates transformation, surrender, and sacred embodiment.

She is a certified facilitator in Feeding Your Demons®, a method developed by Lama Tsultrim Allione and rooted in the Tibetan Buddhist lineage of Machig Labdrön and the practice of Chöd. Integrating this practice with Hridaya Meditation, somatic awareness, and Heart-centered teachings, Blanca holds a compassionate space for inner alchemy and awakening.

She shares the teachings of the Heart in both Spanish and English, guiding Hridaya Modules, Silent Meditation Retreats, and courses that invite others to return to the stillness, simplicity, and love that abide within the Heart.
