This retreat offers a chance to step away from the busyness of daily life and reconnect with yourself. It’s a time to rest, relax, and recharge. Through daily yoga, inspiring talks and practices, nourishing meals, and peaceful surroundings, you’ll reconnect with your body, quiet your mind, and rediscover a sense of inner peace. Whether you’re seeking stillness, clarity, or simply a break, this retreat provides the space to connect with yourself on all levels.
This program is best for beginners.
This program is open to everyone aged 13 and above, but an adult must accompany participants under 18 years old. If you would like to bring a child under 13, please Contact us to inquire about arranging special permission.
Each day includes a yoga session that lasts about 2 hours. Hridaya Hatha Yoga is a meditative approach that encourages relaxation and happiness rather than effort or strain. It’s suitable for all ages, body types, and fitness levels.
We aim to be as accessible as possible. If you have special needs, please Contact us to ensure we can accommodate your needs and adapt the program accordingly.
This retreat unfolds at a slower, more spacious pace. During breaks, there is plenty of time to relax, explore the natural environment, and connect with others. It offers a beautiful balance of inspiration, creativity, and playfulness.
We recommend packing lightweight, comfortable clothing, as well as a white or light-colored outfit to wear for one of the evening events. We can provide a yoga mat and ample cushions to ensure your practice is comfortable.
Experienced Hridaya teachers will guide this retreat and be available for individual consultations and practical support, as needed.
