Dive into a transformative journey designed to recharge your body, detox your whole system, and connect you more deeply with yourself in a nurturing, calming space. This holistic retreat blends physical, mental, energetic, and emotional renewal practices, offering space to unwind and realign with your natural state of balance and harmony.

During this retreat, you’ll intimately commune with nature, listening to the wisdom of the elements—earth, water, fire, and air. You’ll learn how to open to each element’s unique energy, cleanse the body and mind, and connect with yourself in new ways.

You’ll engage with the group in restorative practices from yogic traditions with a holistic approach, including Hridaya Meditation, Hatha Yoga, exploratory nature walks, conscious eating, and various purification techniques.

Experience powerful detoxification aimed at nourishing and supporting natural cleansing processes with a gentle juice fast and herbal teas, supported by yogic healing and diet discussions. You’ll be guided through practices that will help reset your nervous system, bring ease and kindness to your mind and body, and offer space to rest and heal deeply.

  • This retreat is open to all. No previous yoga or meditation experience is required.
  • The course begins the morning after the date of arrival and ends the evening before departure. Check-in is available from 14:00 on arrival day.
  • Required items: As you’ll join us for nature walks and journaling, shoes suitable for walking in the forest, a rain jacket, warm clothes, a water bottle, and a notebook are required.
  • Please read our Payment, Refund, and Amendment Guidelines before booking.

  • As a non-profit, Hridaya keeps prices low to ensure accessibility. If the costs still exceed your budget, you are welcome to apply for the low-income discount.
Annual Membership Fee

A €10 fee will be charged if you are joining Hridaya France for the first time or if your annual membership has expired.

Food and accommodation costs are supplemental to the tuition fee. You may choose from available accommodation options or stay off-site. We request that all guests have at least one meal per day in our vegan dining room.
