Julio Garreta is a Spanish teacher and men’s mentor committed to supporting the conscious transformation of masculinity through the mastery of sexual energy. He completed the Hridaya Teacher Training Course in 2017 and taught Hridaya Hatha Yoga regularly at the school in Longeval, France, from 2018 to 2019. He also holds other certifications in yoga teaching and coaching.

Julio’s spiritual path began with a deep longing for Truth and Self-knowledge, alongside a personal challenge with premature ejaculation. This led him to the practice of semen retention over a decade ago—a path that has since become the foundation of his transformation. Rooted in the Hridaya Meditation tradition, his work blends the contemplative stillness of the Heart with the alchemical fire of sexual energy, supported by ethical living and spiritual intention.

Through his teaching, Julio aspires to ignite a global movement of men who live rooted in Presence, guided by purpose, and empowered by the conscious cultivation of their sexual energy. His work invites every man to remember who he truly is—and to walk a path of mastery, integrity, and spiritual fulfillment.
