Explore the generational influences that have shaped you and your relationships. Gain insight into these psycho-emotional imprints from conception through to early childhood.

As self-regulation is fundamental for an embodied life, you’ll explore prioritizing moments of pleasure and inner safety to help transform unhealthy coping mechanisms. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have valuable tools to nurture inner peace and resilience, empowering you to rest within yourself, even amid life’s challenges.

The first three days of the workshop will support you in cultivating embodied, compassionate Self-awareness while discovering the true essence of rest. When offered as a 5-day workshop, days four and five will invite you to delve deeper into the insights you’ve already uncovered.

  • Cultivating Self-Love and Compassion: Witness from the Heart

  • Grounding Practices: Connect to the Earth in the present moment
  • Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Simple Cranial Massage

  • Introduction to Prenatal, Birth, Early Childhood, and Generational Imprinting: Reveal how early experiences shape your life
  • Individual and Dyadic Practices with Group Sharing

Join Aimee and Iris on December 3 at 8:30 pm or December 21 at 9:15 am for a free introduction and Q&A session.

  • This workshop is open to all. No previous yoga or meditation experience is required.
  • The workshop will begin in the morning, so we suggest arriving in Mazunte the day before it starts. If you are not staying on-site, please come to the Hridaya Yoga Center at 8:15 am on the first day to complete the registration process.
  • Please read our Registration Guidelines before booking.
  • As a non-profit, Hridaya keeps prices low to ensure accessibility. If the costs still exceed your budget, you are welcome to apply for our low-income discount.
