This workshop is designed for men and women, couples, and singles. Many of the techniques are meditation-based and can be practiced alone or with a partner. Other topics include the anatomy of pleasure, the art of foreplay, cultivating sexual energy, prolonging intercourse, and multiple orgasms (in both males and females).
Presented from a commitment to the sanctity of sexuality and with respect, compassion, and authenticity, this workshop includes whole-group teachings and separate sessions for gender-specific information.
