Transitioning from the deep introspection of a Hridaya Retreat to daily life can be challenging. Along with a state of peace, what often fades is the clarity of Self-recognition. The “I” tends to slowly forget its freedom and returns to being personal. This program offers a way to remain established in that clarity—a practical and contemplative immersion in Self-Inquiry as direct recognition.

You’ll learn to embrace strong emotions without losing the awareness of the Heart, expose the subtle ways the “seeker identity” reappears, distinguish meditation experiences from Pure Awareness, and keep aspiration authentic (and not turn it into grasping).

Through guided Self-Inquiry, Hridaya Meditation, Bhairava mudra, contemplations, journaling, and Q&A sessions, you’ll train in the art of abiding as the echo of “Who am I?” and moving from just chasing the question to resting as the sacred, free Presence that you are.

You’ll learn to maintain inner focus, cultivate the Witnessing Attitude, and let the wonderment-question “Who am I?” inspire every moment.

We look forward to welcoming you into this sacred space of exploration and connection, ensuring that the wisdom revealed in the Hridaya Retreat continues to illuminate your life.

Participants receive a booklet with contemplations, suggested reading, journaling prompts, and practical support for navigating common post-retreat challenges.

Self-Inquiry as Direct Recognition
  • The difference between experiences in meditation and the ever-present Pure Awareness
  • The subtle transition from thinking to Pure Existence—and how to graciously and constantly realize it
  • Effort and Grace in Self-Inquiry: How aspiration and surrender meet and unite in the Heart

  • The four main domains of awareness—the how, why, and who that unfolds in Hridaya Meditation
  • Psychological flexibility and nirodha parinama (the radical purification of the unconscious)
