Return to Silence, Simplicity, and the Naturalness of Being

Rooted in the non-dual vision, the 28-Day Hridaya Silent Meditation Retreat invites you to move from effort to naturalness, from mental occupation to simple being, and from spiritual searching to intimate recognition.

Senior Hridaya teacher Claud Vaduva will create a carefully held space for inwardness and depth so you can experience Self-Inquiry as a holistic path, a living doorway to direct knowledge.

Long periods of silence and individual practice are an essential part of this retreat. They are supported by guided meditations, Hridaya Hatha Yoga, walking meditation, sacred readings, poetry, meditation in nature, and time for reflection and journaling.

The Gift of Time and Space

Rather than moving quickly from one experience to the next, this retreat offers spaciousness: a chance to be still, listen to your heart, and let your insights ripen over time. The emphasis is not on receiving more, but on allowing what is essential to naturally arise. Join us.
