Intensive 10-Day Hridaya Silent Meditation Retreat
A Sacred Immersion in Which Self-Inquiry Matures into the Natural State

Let Meditation Ripen into the Natural Radiance of the Heart
Designed especially for experienced practitioners, this intensive retreat offers a space to rest more deeply in Self-Inquiry and surrender.
If you have already journeyed deeply into silence, this retreat is an invitation to venture even further—beyond the horizons you have already crossed, into the intimacy of surrender.
Reserved for those who have completed at least three 10-Day Hridaya Silent Meditation Retreats, this journey offers a different rhythm: fewer words, more silence.
Here, each day opens with a single theme—Self-Inquiry, the Spiritual Heart, the “I”-feeling, Sahaja, Stillness, Surrender, the Witness Consciousness, Love, Oneness, and Death—evoked through a brief pointer and then left to ripen over the course of hours of meditation, yoga, and interiorization.
The days unfold in a rhythm of profound stillness: long, continuous meditation sessions, embodied presence through Hatha Yoga, moments of inspiration from poetry and the words of spiritual masters, and subtle pointers for reflection.
With only brief question-and-answer sessions, the emphasis is less on the teachings themselves and more about living directly from the Self. This retreat is designed to invite meditation to mature into the natural state, inspiring deepening surrender and allowing the mind to dissolve in spacious Awareness.
In this intimacy, Love—radiant and free from all limitations—reveals itself as the very essence of our being and of all Life. Offered in France and Mexico, this retreat is a rare opportunity to rest in that recognition and journey deeply into who you really are.
