Please Note:

Join Janka for a free information session on March 18 at 8:15 pm or April 12 at 9:30 am for the English retreat or January 30 at 8:15 pm, February 22 at 10:00 am, or May 6 at 8:15 pm for the Spanish retreats.

  • This retreat is open to all. No prior experience is required.
  • The retreat will begin in the morning, so we suggest arriving in Mazunte the day before it starts. If you are not staying on-site, please come to the Hridaya Center at 8:15 am on the first day to complete the registration process.
  • Please read our Registration Guidelines before booking.
  • As a non-profit, Hridaya keeps prices low to ensure accessibility. If the costs still exceed your budget, you are welcome to apply for our low-income discount.

  • Please bring paper and a pen, and wear comfortable clothing.

For the best experience, we recommend staying on-site. We offer a range of options—choose the one that best suits you. Our vegan kitchen serves meals with love, scheduled around breaks in the schedule. You can select a meal plan when booking.
