Rest, Reconnect, Renew Yoga Retreat

A 5-Day Journey to Calm the Mind, Awaken the Heart, and Connect with the Five Elements

Upcoming Dates:

Mx
March 17 -
March 21, 2026
Offered in France and Mexico

Discover Elemental Harmony Through Rest, Balance, and Joy

Since the beginning of time, humans have been fascinated by the Five Elements, seeing them as a key to understanding ourselves and the world.

The Earth beneath our feet.
The Water that nourishes all life.
The Fire that transforms and illuminates.
The Air that moves, unseen, but felt in every breath.
The vast Ether, infinite, containing all things yet bound by nothing.

All that we are—our bodies, perceptions, emotions, thoughts, dreams—arises from these elements.

Guided by two experienced teachers, embark on a relaxing and transformative journey exploring these fundamental sacred forces. Designed to help you reconnect with yourself, others, and the natural world, each day of this retreat is dedicated to exploring one element through body, mind, and soul.

Let the Earth hold you.
Let the Water cleanse you.
Let the Fire reveal you.
Let the Wind carry you.
Let the Ether dissolve you in the Infinite.

Rest as the Unifying Thread

Rest is not just a pause but a deep homecoming—a conscious return to the essence of each element and, ultimately, to Pure Awareness. In this retreat, you’ll be gently reminded that true rest is not a luxury but a natural state of being. It is allowing the Heart to open and consciousness to expand.

Join us and enliven your spirit, regulate your nervous system, increase inner calm, and foster heartfelt connection.
