Nada Yoga and Sound Healing Retreat
A 4-Day Journey Exploring the Path of Sacred Sound
Upcoming Dates:
Workshops / Healing & Transformation / Nada Yoga and Sound Healing Retreat
The bridge between manifestation and the ultimate is right here, right now… in each vibration, each sound. Just close your eyes and listen.
Have you ever noticed how certain sounds can quiet your mind and gently open your heart? The rustling of leaves, the gentle notes of a flute, the resonant echo of a gong… Would you like to experience deep and peaceful stillness through sound and silence? This retreat offers a space for you who are longing to reconnect with silence, presence, and the healing qualities of sacred sound.
This retreat can support you if you are:
- Feeling disconnected from your inner stillness and peace
- Looking for a deeper way to meditate
- Curious about how sound can support healing, presence, and meditation
- Seeking a gentle space to rest, reconnect, and let go
- Yearning to open to your inner intuition through body and sound
Over four days, you’ll explore different meditation paths and spiritual practices to reveal the most intimate essence of your being. Hridaya’s teachings guide you to rest in the Spiritual Heart, the space of Pure Awareness within. Through practices like Self-Inquiry, inspired by Ramana Maharshi’s question “Who am I?”, you’re invited to turn inward and discover your True Nature. Nada Yoga, “the yoga of sound,” shares this same intention, but approaches it through sacred sounds and subtle vibrations that quiet the mind and deepen inner awareness. Both paths point to the same inner Truth.
In this retreat, sound becomes a bridge between your inner and outer worlds. Each evening, a sound bath will embrace you with soothing vibrations. Instruments such as singing bowls, shamanic drum, flute, gongs, voice, and melody will support your process. They’ll offer gentle purification and bring balance to the mind, body, and emotions. These healing vibrations help release what no longer serves you, creating space for presence, clarity, and inner peace.
This retreat is for you if:
- You’re drawn to sound as a tool for meditation, healing, and deep relaxation
- You’re open to silence and inner exploration
- You want to experience a Heart-centered approach to meditation and asana
- You feel called to reconnect with your authentic self
- You’re longing for a break from daily life and seek time just for you
- You’re curious about a different approach to retreat
Your inner journey will be held in mauna, “noble silence.” With the right external conditions, sound becomes more powerful and the practices go deeper. You´ll remain in silence, free from electronic devices and the usual outward distractions for most of the daily schedule. And yet, you´ll have the opportunity to enjoy the Hridaya community life and connection with the group during the long breaks for rest and integration, choosing in those moments to keep mauna or to take a break from the silence.
At the end of the retreat, there will be a closing ritual open to the Hridaya Community. As a shared ceremony of sound, mantra, and meditation, this will offer a powerful space to merge into the “primordial vibration of the universe,” or Nada Brahma.
Finally, this retreat concludes on Saturday, allowing you to complete the deep immersion in the work with sacred sounds by attending the Bhajans at Hridaya, an evening of devotional chanting.
No previous experience with yoga, sound, or meditation is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore yourself through silence and sound.
Join us in the peaceful surroundings of Hridaya France, and allow sound to guide you home—to the Stillness that lives within you.
