(Guidelines revised as of January 2, 2025)
When joining us at Hridaya Yoga France, we ask that you be aware of our payment and refund guidelines. These guidelines exist in order for us to harmoniously share the teachings of the Spiritual Heart with as many people as possible. As space in both our courses and accommodation is limited, we require advance notice in the case that your plans change and you must cancel your enrollment. Thank you for mindfully planning your visit with us.
For payment and refund information relating to the Hridaya Teacher Training Course, please click here.
Full payment is due at the time of registration, except for full-course Hridaya Modules booked more than 30 days in advance, in which case a 50% deposit is required.
Refunds are possible up to 14 days before check-in. Applicable cancellation fees are listed below.
Please note that bookings made on affiliate websites will be subject to the payment and refund guidelines of the affiliate.
Definition: The term “Amendments” is used in the following cases—for canceling an existing registration and using the amount already paid to enroll in either a future edition of the same program or for a different program. A credit voucher will be issued (less the appropriate administrative fee) that can then be applied to any new registration made within two years.
Please note that if canceling or postponing close to the arrival date, exceptions to the above policies will only be considered in the case of participant illness and will be subject to a suitable doctor’s note being provided.
Credit vouchers are valid for two years from the date of issuance and will therefore expire after this time. Please note that if a voucher is applied to a new registration that is then subsequently cancelled, any new credit voucher issued will have the same expiry date as the original credit voucher.
Hridaya Yoga France is a non-profit association made up of its members. Current membership is required of all participants in our courses. Membership runs from January to December and provides you with one year’s access to our facilities and to occasional members-only special offers. So, if you would like to attend a drop-in yoga class, come to practice Karma Yoga, or do a retreat or workshop, please ensure you have paid your annual dues of €10.00 (including tax). You may purchase or renew a membership as an optional item at checkout or by visiting this page.
As a non-profit, we keep our prices low to ensure accessibility. Still, we acknowledge the significant expense of operating a full-time yoga and meditation center. Our regular price is what it costs to run our center and provide our programs. If you cannot pay the regular price due to financial hardship, we offer discounts and scholarships, as described below.
The low-income discount offers 25% off the tuition fee for most of our courses. If you have a sincere need, please apply via this form.
If your need is even greater, we offer scholarships for our two foundational programs, the Hridaya Yoga Retreat: Module 1 Intensive and the 10-Day Hridaya Silent Meditation Retreat. You may apply here.
Please note that scholarships are limited and only cover the course fee, not food or accommodation. Priority is given to those with genuine financial need, sincere aspiration, and a desire to commit to continuing their spiritual practice for the benefit of all.
We also recognize that some people have the ability to support the spiritual work of those with fewer financial resources. So, we welcome donations to “Sponsor a Student.” Contributions to this program will assist us in offering scholarships and discounts to deserving students. Please consider whether you can give more in order to support the practice of everyone in our community, regardless of their financial situation.
