Digital Marketing Manager

Holding the Vision and Direction: 

• Guide and support the overall marketing direction and campaigns
• Ensure all communication and marketing efforts feel aligned, clear, and authentic
• Help evolve and improve existing systems (CRM, email, workflows) where needed

Project Flow and Coordination: 

• Oversee marketing projects from idea to completion, ensuring steady progress
• Act as a central point of coordination, keeping everyone informed and aligned
• Create simple, clear structures and timelines so projects can move with ease

Team and Communication: 

• Be the link between marketing, programs, and administration, supporting healthy collaboration
• Stay connected with the communications team, offering guidance and clarity in day-to-day work
• Coordinate with external agencies, ensuring expectations and timelines are understood
• Help strengthen relationships and communication across all parts of the organization
• Maintain a presence in both markets, following up on France- and Mexico-specific needs and requests as they arise

Content and Channels: 

• Support the creation of campaigns, content, and offerings that reflect Hridaya’s essence
• Oversee website, paid advertising, email, social media, and content, ensuring consistency and quality
• Keep all channels aligned and working together as one ecosystem

Planning and Resources: 

• Help organize marketing plans and priorities throughout the year
• Support mindful use of budget and resources
• Bring structure while staying flexible and responsive to changing needs

Additional Info

• 30-35 hours per week (with some flexibility)
• Possibility to spend time at Hridaya France and Mexico
• Participation in 2 Silent Meditation Retreats per year
• Participation in Hatha Yoga modules
• Being part of a living, evolving global spiritual community
