Kyle is a Hridaya teacher with over a decade of full-time experience teaching meditation and yoga. His background and practice includes non-dual Tantra, Self-Inquiry, somatic practice, and embodied inquiry. He has studied directly with leading Sanskrit scholars and Tantric teachers, and continues deepening his engagement with classical traditions through extended personal practice, solitary and dark room retreats, and ongoing Sanskrit study.
