Le rappel constant \u00ab&nbsp;Je suis&nbsp;\u00bb, essayer de le ressentir pendant le travail, est-il suffisant&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M&nbsp;:<\/strong>&nbsp;Il deviendra constant lorsque l\u2019esprit sera fortifi\u00e9. La pratique r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e renforce l\u2019esprit&nbsp;; et un tel esprit est capable de maintenir le courant. Dans ce cas, qu\u2019on soit occup\u00e9 au travail ou non, le courant reste intact et ininterrompu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D&nbsp;:<\/strong>&nbsp;Aucune m\u00e9ditation s\u00e9par\u00e9e n\u2019est donc n\u00e9cessaire&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M&nbsp;:<\/strong>&nbsp;La m\u00e9ditation est maintenant votre v\u00e9ritable nature. Vous l\u2019appelez m\u00e9ditation parce que d\u2019autres pens\u00e9es vous distraient.
