Cette \u00e9tat de l\u2019esprit n\u2019implique pas n\u00e9cessairement la r\u00e9v\u00e9lation de la Qui\u00e9tude \u2013 du Coeur Spirituel, mais celle-ci se r\u00e9v\u00e8le plus facile \u00e0 atteindre lorsque l\u2019esprit est calme.<\/p>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but, cette m\u00e9thode est tr\u00e8s efficace pour calmer et \u00e9claircir l\u2019esprit. Mais lorsque notre exp\u00e9rience dans cette m\u00e9ditation progresse, nous comprenons que ce Silence ne r\u00e9side pas uniquement dans notre esprit \u2013 c\u2019est l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de la R\u00e9alit\u00e9 profonde, du Sacr\u00e9. C\u2019est la Pr\u00e9sence Pure. C\u2019est la Qui\u00e9tude.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>L\u2019\u00e9quanimit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment important n\u2019est pas la pause en soi, mais la conscience de celle-ci et l\u2019attitude adopt\u00e9e \u00e0 ce moment pr\u00e9cis.<\/p>\n<p>Des pauses existent toujours dans n\u2019importe quel cycle de respiration. \u00c0 la fin de l\u2019expiration avant le d\u00e9but de l\u2019inspiration \u2013 et \u00e0 la fin de celle-ci, avant que l\u2019expiration commence, il y a un moment de silence. Les yogis le consid\u00e8rent comme un moment d\u2019\u00e9quanimit\u00e9, durant lequel les deux \u00e9nergies, <em>prana vayu<\/em> et <em>apana vayu<\/em> sont totalement \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement consid\u00e9r\u00e9 que quand il y a une parfaite harmonie entre deux \u00e9nergies oppos\u00e9es, il y a une opportunit\u00e9 de transcender le niveau auquel ces deux \u00e9nergies agissent. Ces deux moments pr\u00e9cis, plus que tous autres moments du cycle de respiration, sont vraiment cruciaux et ont une qualit\u00e9 particuli\u00e8re. L\u2019attitude que nous adoptons reste cependant bien le r\u00e9el catalyseur du processus.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><strong>L\u00e2cher-prise <\/strong><strong>durant<\/strong><strong> la M\u00e9ditation Hridaya<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ces pauses ne sont ni m\u00e9caniques ni strictement techniques. Ce sont des moments de reddition (abandon, l\u00e2cher-prise) totale, comme si nous plongions profond\u00e9ment en nous-m\u00eames, ou comme si nous tombions dans un \u00e9tat de sommeil tout en restant pleinement conscients, sans perdre la lucidit\u00e9 comme lorsqu\u2019on plonge dans un \u00e9tat de r\u00eaves.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><strong>La pause permet d\u2019atteindre <\/strong><strong>un \u00e9tat <\/strong><strong>\u00e9nerg\u00e9tique <\/strong><strong>d\u2019\u00e9quilibre<\/strong><strong> qui favorise <\/strong><strong>le l\u00e2cher-prise<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019attitude de l\u00e2cher-prise est plus importante que la pause en elle-m\u00eame: elle nous ouvre vers la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 profonde de notre \u00eatre, le C\u0153ur Spirituel.
