Ainsi, nous sommes capables de comprendre comment la pratique du yoga apporte enthousiasme, amour et aspiration \u00e0 travers le processus m\u00eame de sublimation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Rester dans le sentiment du \u00ab Je \u00bb et le ramener \u00e0 sa source est l\u2019effet principal de la m\u00e9thode de m\u00e9ditation de la Qu\u00eate du Soi, telle qu\u2019elle est utilis\u00e9e dans le Hridaya Yoga. Cela engendre la purification du mental subconscient et conduit finalement \u00e0 la Lib\u00e9ration Ultime, <i>moksha<\/i>. Ainsi, le Hridaya Yoga d\u00e9crit les processus subtils (au niveau conscient et subconscient) par lesquels l\u2019\u00eatre humain ordinaire et limit\u00e9 est progressivement transform\u00e9 en un \u00eatre lib\u00e9r\u00e9, <i>jivanmukta<\/i>.<\/p>\n<h5>Effets Physiques<\/h5>\n<p>Il existe des preuves scientifiques que le <i>hatha yoga<\/i> et la m\u00e9ditation ont de nombreux effets physiques b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques. Ils sont sp\u00e9cifiquement mentionn\u00e9s dans nos cours dans le cadre de la pr\u00e9sentation de chaque technique. En ce qui concerne le corps physique, les attitudes propos\u00e9es dans le Hridaya Yoga apportent une gu\u00e9rison physique, psychologique et spirituelle.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, cette gu\u00e9rison renforce la confiance des pratiquants dans les pratiques, attitudes et croyances qu\u2019ils suivent.<\/p>\n<p>Les effets de gu\u00e9rison et l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 global r\u00e9sultent principalement de la restructuration de notre \u00eatre, d\u2019un retour au centre de nous-m\u00eames, et d\u2019un r\u00e9alignement de nos structures physiques, psychiques et mentales.<\/p>\n<h5>Effets Psychologiques<\/h5>\n<p>\u00c0 mesure que la conscience du C\u0153ur se d\u00e9veloppe, le Hridaya Yoga nous aide \u00e0 devenir plus centr\u00e9s mentalement et \u00e9motionnellement. La conscience du sentiment du \u00ab Je \u00bb (la Conscience-T\u00e9moin) pr\u00e9vient et m\u00eame dissipe les d\u00e9sordres \u00e9motionnels. Cet \u00e9tat d\u2019harmonie n\u2019est pas un \u00e9tat abstrait, ni inerte. Il est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par l\u2019amour rayonnant et la joie de la Pure Conscience. Cela stabilise encore davantage l\u2019absorption dans le C\u0153ur.<\/p>\n<p>Quand le C\u0153ur fr\u00e9mit sous l\u2019\u00e9motion de l\u2019amour pur, un centrage se produit naturellement ici, dans le C\u0153ur Spirituel. C\u2019est un rem\u00e8de contre toute forme d\u2019ali\u00e9nation. L\u2019amour est v\u00e9ritablement un baume universel. L\u2019ali\u00e9nation est un \u00e9loignement des autres et de nous-m\u00eames (le terme vient du latin alienare, ou \u00ab \u00e9loignement \u00bb). Elle cr\u00e9e un sentiment d\u2019isolement. Le centrage dans le C\u0153ur Spirituel ne peut pas cr\u00e9er un \u00e9loignement de ce que nous sommes. Au contraire, il offre un sentiment bien plus profond \u00ab d\u2019intimit\u00e9 avec nous-m\u00eames \u00bb, de foi en \u00ab notre \u00bb nature divine et les \u00e9nergies universelles.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019on l\u2019interrogea sur les dangers possibles ou les effets n\u00e9gatifs de la conscience du C\u0153ur, Ramana Maharshi r\u00e9pondit que consid\u00e9rer que la Qu\u00eate du Soi puisse cr\u00e9er une ali\u00e9nation ou des probl\u00e8mes psychiques revient \u00e0 craindre que boire l\u2019<i>amrita<\/i>, le fluide de l\u2019immortalit\u00e9, puisse vous apporter la mort.<\/p>\n<h5>Effets Spirituels<\/h5>\n<p>L\u2019acte de se centrer et de s\u2019immerger dans le C\u0153ur fait na\u00eetre un sentiment de conscience de l\u2019Unit\u00e9, <i>advaita<\/i>. Tout se r\u00e9v\u00e8le comme \u00e9tant interconnect\u00e9 \u00e0 travers le fondement m\u00eame de la R\u00e9alit\u00e9 (de la Conscience Divine). Un sentiment de connexion int\u00e9rieure avec les autres et avec l\u2019environnement \u00e9merge. Ainsi, de cela d\u00e9coule une plus grande capacit\u00e9 de compassion, de bienveillance, d\u2019amiti\u00e9, d\u2019humanit\u00e9 et de sens \u00e9thique.
