(Par exemple, la technique de \u00ab la Capture du Mental Non Saisi \u00bb, qui permet une observation tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise des progr\u00e8s que nous faisons durant chaque m\u00e9ditation concernant la pr\u00e9sence de la Conscience-T\u00e9moin et la clart\u00e9 du mental).<\/p>\n<p>Le Hridaya Yoga a pour intention de permettre \u00e0 chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve de progresser sans avoir continuellement besoin de l\u2019assistance d\u2019un enseignant. Nous encourageons le dialogue avec l\u2019enseignant, mais non la d\u00e9pendance envers lui. Le Hridaya Yoga inclut les rep\u00e8res n\u00e9cessaires pour un entra\u00eenement spirituel progressif dans lequel le mental et le C\u0153ur, en tant qu\u2019\u00ab organes de connaissance \u00bb, se d\u00e9veloppent graduellement.<\/p>\n<p>Les textes spirituels qui sous-tendent les aspects th\u00e9oriques et pratiques du Hridaya Yoga sont : les <i>Yoga Sutras<\/i> de Patanjali, le <i>Spanda Karika<\/i>, le <i>Vijnana Bhairava Tantra<\/i>, les <i>Yoga Upanishads<\/i>, etc., ainsi que les dialogues et d\u00e9clarations de grands ma\u00eetres spirituels incluant Shankaracharya, Ramana Maharshi, Nisargadatta Maharaj, Jean Klein, Swami Sivananda, Lilian Silburn, Lalleshwari, Rumi, Ma\u00eetre Eckhart, etc.<\/p>\n<h5>La m\u00e9thodologie du Hridaya Yoga<\/h5>\n<p>La m\u00e9thodologie et les outils utilis\u00e9s dans le Hridaya Yoga visent \u00e0 <strong>cr\u00e9er les conditions n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la r\u00e9v\u00e9lation de notre nature divine<\/strong>. Ce chemin utilise principalement la M\u00e9ditation Hridaya et le <i>Hatha Yoga<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sur la base de ces outils, la pratique se d\u00e9roule dans un environnement appropri\u00e9 comprenant :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Retraites Hridaya de M\u00e9ditation en silence<\/li>\n<li>Modules de Retraite Hridaya Hatha Yoga<\/li>\n<li>Cours ponctuels de <i>Hatha Yoga<\/i> et de m\u00e9ditation<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9ditations quotidiennes en groupe<\/li>\n<li>Stages sur divers th\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9v\u00e9lation du C\u0153ur Spirituel<\/li>\n<li><i>Satsangs<\/i> (conf\u00e9rences spirituelles), etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de la pratique formelle, comme expliqu\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, ce que nous consid\u00e9rons comme encore plus important est le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une communaut\u00e9 spirituelle o\u00f9 chacun est invit\u00e9 \u00e0 exprimer ses aspirations, sa cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et sa spontan\u00e9it\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les m\u00e9thodes utilis\u00e9es dans le Hridaya Yoga sont con\u00e7ues pour s\u2019adresser \u00e0 tous de mani\u00e8re nuanc\u00e9e, quel que soit leur niveau d\u2019exp\u00e9rience ou leurs capacit\u00e9s en <i>Hatha Yoga<\/i> et en m\u00e9ditation, des enfants aux adultes de tous \u00e2ges, des personnes ayant besoin d\u2019un accompagnement th\u00e9rapeutique jusqu\u2019aux pratiquants avanc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant les cours de yoga, les \u00e9tudiants sont accompagn\u00e9s et guid\u00e9s afin que, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leurs propres capacit\u00e9s int\u00e9rieures, ils deviennent capables de progresser au maximum dans la familiarisation avec leur v\u00e9ritable nature. La pratique est donc con\u00e7ue pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins individuels, en tenant compte des capacit\u00e9s physiques, psychiques, mentales et spirituelles de chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve.<\/p>\n<p>La communication, la sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9 et l\u2019ouverture jouent un r\u00f4le important dans le processus de conception d\u2019une pratique individuelle.<\/p>\n<h5>\u00c9l\u00e9ments communs dans les s\u00e9ances de Hridaya Hatha Yoga<\/h5>\n<p><strong>Le Hridaya Yoga int\u00e8gre progressivement plusieurs attitudes qui sont appliqu\u00e9es dans toutes les s\u00e9ances de <i>Hatha Yoga<\/i>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ces attitudes sont :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La paix mentale.<\/li>\n<li>Le recentrage dans le C\u0153ur Spirituel et l\u2019\u00e9veil de la \u201cchaleur\u201d rayonnante du C\u0153ur.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019attitude du T\u00e9moin \u2014 une observation d\u00e9tach\u00e9e de la mani\u00e8re dont les \u00e9nergies circulent \u00e0 travers les structures subtiles.<\/li>\n<li>La respiration consciente, et, en particulier, la conscience des pauses entre l\u2019inspiration et l\u2019expiration. (La respiration consciente nous aide \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 percevoir l\u2019\u00e9nergie et \u00e0 nous ouvrir \u00e0 l\u2019Immobilit\u00e9 au-del\u00e0 du mental.)<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019amour, la d\u00e9votion pour la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 ultime du C\u0153ur Spirituel, pour Dieu et, implicitement, pour toute la cr\u00e9ation.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019\u00e9veil de l\u2019aspiration spirituelle, du sentiment du sacr\u00e9 dans notre \u00eatre, du Tremblement Sacr\u00e9, <i>spanda<\/i>.<\/li>\n<li>Le l\u00e2cher-prise de la conscience bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019ego.<\/li>\n<li>La transcendance de la conscience des limites de notre corps physique.<\/li>\n<li>La conscience de l\u2019unit\u00e9 ; la vision de la non-dualit\u00e9, <i>advaita<\/i>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Chaque s\u00e9ance de Hridaya Hatha Yoga se termine par une relaxation yogique compl\u00e8te et une m\u00e9ditation destin\u00e9e \u00e0 infuser\/expanser la conscience de l\u2019unit\u00e9 dans notre vie quotidienne.
