Le gong sonne, la pression retombe, et alors que vous ouvrez les yeux et \u00e9tirez vos jambes, vous ressentez enfin cette paix et cette tranquillit\u00e9 que vous esp\u00e9riez au cours de la s\u00e9ance de m\u00e9ditation.<\/p>\n<p>Sortez \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur, appr\u00e9ciez la beaut\u00e9 des feuilles et la couleur du ciel. Tout semble plus lumineux, plus clair, plus proche de vous en quelque sorte.<\/p>\n<p>Telle est la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction de la m\u00e9ditation, et vous pouvez en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier chaque fois que vous mettez tout votre c\u0153ur dans la pratique.<\/p>\n<p>Reposer dans le silence procure une profonde purification, et cela en d\u00e9pit de l&rsquo;agitation qui r\u00e8gne \u00e0 la surface. Ce processus s&rsquo;approfondit avec le temps et la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition. M\u00eame si vous ne savourez pas les fruits de la m\u00e9ditation \u00e0 chaque s\u00e9ance, les \u00e9chos se propagent progressivement dans tout votre \u00eatre, et la vie elle-m\u00eame commence \u00e0 prendre une autre apparence.<\/p>\n<p>Vous ne pouvez pas vraiment \u00e9valuer vos progr\u00e8s sur la base d&rsquo;une seule m\u00e9ditation, mais en consid\u00e9rant la progression de votre pratique et de votre vie en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Votre pratique devient plus riche et se traduit par davantage de moments de paix, une reconnaissance de la beaut\u00e9 et l&rsquo;ouverture \u00e0 l&rsquo;ineffable, \u00e0 la fois sur votre coussin de m\u00e9ditation et dans la vie.
