Normalmente se entiende como concentraci\u00f3n en un solo pensamiento. Otros pensamientos quedan retenidos durante ese per\u00edodo. Ese \u00fanico pensamiento tambi\u00e9n se ha de desvanecer en el momento precioso. La conciencia libre de pensamientos es el objetivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>***<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D: <\/strong><em>\u00bfC\u00f3mo hacer que la meditaci\u00f3n se vuelva constante?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M: <\/strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la meditaci\u00f3n? Consiste en la expulsi\u00f3n de pensamientos. Todos los problemas presentes se deben a pensamientos y son en s\u00ed mismos pensamientos. Abandona los pensamientos. Eso es felicidad y tambi\u00e9n meditaci\u00f3n. Los pensamientos son para el pensador. Permanece como el Ser del pensador y habr\u00e1 un fin de los pensamientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>***<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D: <\/strong><em>\u00bfEs el estado de inconsciencia cercano al ser infinito?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M: <\/strong>S\u00f3lo existe la Conciencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquel que conoce al Ser no tiene nada m\u00e1s que hacer. A partir de ese momento, el Poder infinito realizar\u00e1 todas las acciones futuras que sean necesarias a trav\u00e9s de \u00e9l. Tampoco tiene m\u00e1s pensamientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la meditaci\u00f3n dirigida al Ser, los pensamientos mueren <em>motu proprio<\/em>. La meditaci\u00f3n se puede dirigir a diferentes objetos, pero cuando se dirige al Ser verdadero se orienta hacia el sujeto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando estamos libres de pensamientos, estamos en un estado natural de gozo. El espacio entre dos pensamientos es nuestro estado natural, es el Ser verdadero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La verdadera respuesta a la pregunta \u201c\u00bfQui\u00e9n soy yo?\u201d no surge como pensamientos. Todo pensamiento desaparece, incluso el propio pensador desaparece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>***<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D: <\/strong><em>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se puede hacer que la mente desaparezca?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M: <\/strong>No se puede hacer ning\u00fan intento de destruirla.
