Existen tres <i>doshas <\/i>y juntos orquestan todas las actividades que ocurren dentro de nosotros. Los <i>doshas <\/i>se denominan <b><i>vata<\/i><\/b>, <b><i>pitta <\/i><\/b>y <b><i>kapha<\/i><\/b>, y cada uno se divide en cinco sub<i>doshas<\/i>. Cada <i>dosha <\/i>lo conforma principalmente una combinaci\u00f3n de dos de los cinco <i>bhutas <\/i>(elementos).<\/p>\n<h3><b>El <\/b><b><i>dosha vata\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n<p>El <i>dosha vata<\/i> se compone de los elementos <i>akasha <\/i>(\u00e9ter) y <i>vayu <\/i>(aire). La <i>Charaka Samhita<\/i> (el texto ayurv\u00e9dico m\u00e1s venerado) define el <i>dosha vata<\/i> como: seco, \u00e1spero, fresco, sin peso, muy peque\u00f1o, siempre en movimiento y sin l\u00edmites.<\/p>\n<p>Las personas con m\u00e1s <i>vata <\/i>en su constituci\u00f3n tienden a ser delgadas y tener cuerpos delgados, articulaciones prominentes, piel delicada que es naturalmente seca y cabello seco y voluminoso. \u201cAgilidad\u201d y \u201cvivacidad\u201d son palabras que caracterizan sus pensamientos, su habla y sus acciones. Son muy amables, suelen caminar sin gravidez y son de risa ligera. Las personas <i>vata <\/i>tienen el sue\u00f1o ligero y les atraen los ambientes c\u00e1lidos. Les gusta el cambio y su movilidad es constante. La creatividad y el entusiasmo son caracter\u00edsticas de un <i>vata <\/i>equilibrado. Cambio y movilidad son palabras clave para las personas <i>vata<\/i>.<\/p>\n<h3><b>El <\/b><b><i>dosha pitta\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n<p>El <i>dosha pitta <\/i>se compone de los elementos <i>agni <\/i>(fuego) y <i>apas <\/i>(agua). La <i>Charaka Samhita <\/i>define el <i>dosha pitta <\/i>como: caliente, un poco grasoso, de sabor fuerte, ardiente, l\u00edquido, \u00e1cido, siempre fluyendo de una manera ilimitada, acre y adusto. El <i>pitta <\/i>contiene fuego, pero tambi\u00e9n contiene agua. Es la fuente de la llama, pero no la llama en s\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Las personas con m\u00e1s <i>pitta <\/i>en su constituci\u00f3n tienden a ser de proporciones medias, con estructuras que no son ni peque\u00f1as ni gruesas, de piel c\u00e1lida, muy clara o rojiza que puede ser sensible, de cabello fino que tiende al encanecimiento o adelgazamiento prematuro. &#8220;Agudeza&#8221; y &#8220;determinaci\u00f3n&#8221; son palabras que definen sus pensamientos, habla y acciones. Tienen una forma de caminar decidida y una intensidad en la voz. Tienen el sue\u00f1o moderado y les atraen los ambientes m\u00e1s fr\u00edos. La confianza en uno mismo y el esp\u00edritu emprendedor son los sellos distintivos del <i>pitta <\/i>en equilibrio. La ambici\u00f3n es una palabra clave para las personas <i>pitta<\/i>.<\/p>\n<h3><b>El <\/b><b><i>dosha kapha<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n<p>El <i>dosha kapha<\/i> se compone de los elementos <i>apas <\/i>(agua) y <i>prithivi <\/i>(tierra). Las personas con m\u00e1s <i>kapha <\/i>en su constituci\u00f3n suelen tener proporciones m\u00e1s grandes, con estructuras robustas, articulaciones acolchadas, piel gruesa y suave que puede tender a lo graso y cabello grueso y ondulado. &#8220;Estabilidad&#8221; y &#8220;tranquilidad&#8221; son palabras que definen sus mentes, habla y acciones. Son tranquilos y solidarios en las relaciones, suelen caminar con firmeza y muestran serenidad en sus sonrisas. Tienen el sue\u00f1o largo y pesado y se sienten inc\u00f3modos en ambientes fr\u00edos y h\u00famedos. Su disposici\u00f3n calmada y dulce es caracter\u00edstica del <i>kapha <\/i>en equilibrio.
