Los <i>bandhas <\/i>nos ayudan a despertar, acumular y controlar las energ\u00edas sutiles con el prop\u00f3sito de la transformaci\u00f3n espiritual. En la <i>Shiva Samhita<\/i> (4:15) se hace referencia a \u00e9sta como una de las diez mejores t\u00e9cnicas para el despertar de la<i> Kundalini Shakti<\/i>.<\/p>\n<h3><b>El <\/b><b><i>bandha uddiyana<\/i><\/b><b>: el candado ascendente<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>El <i>bandha uddiyana<\/i>, una de las pr\u00e1cticas m\u00e1s importantes del <i>Hatha Yoga<\/i>, implica una contracci\u00f3n en el \u00e1rea abdominal. Sus principales efectos son la sublimaci\u00f3n de las energ\u00edas de los <i>chakras <\/i>inferiores y el despertar de la <i>Kundalini Shakti<\/i>.<\/p>\n<h3><b>El <\/b><b><i>bandha jalandhara<\/i><\/b><b>: el candado de la garganta<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><i>Jalan <\/i>significa \u201cred\u201d y <i>dhara <\/i>significa \u201ccorriente\u201d o \u201cflujo\u201d. Dado que es una contracci\u00f3n en el \u00e1rea del cuello, el <i>bandha jalandhara<\/i> puede entenderse como una contracci\u00f3n que bloquea la garganta y evita que la corriente de energ\u00eda refinada, que un <i>chakra <\/i>secreto en la cabeza irradia, fluya hacia abajo.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n existe una segunda interpretaci\u00f3n de su significado, que proviene de <i>adhara <\/i>(\u201csustrato\u201d o \u201csoporte\u201d).
