La propia identificaci\u00f3n \u201csolidifica\u201d la conciencia del ego.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Rastrearlo hasta su origen supone una forma de revelar el <i>atman <\/i>(el Ser Supremo). El <i>atman <\/i>constituye el aspecto inmortal e inmutable de la existencia mortal. Constituye el sustrato de todo objeto de la creaci\u00f3n, incluyendo la humanidad. El Ser no se puede ver, no se puede percibir, no se puede alcanzar, no se puede asir, porque es el Vidente, el Observador, el Morador de todos los seres encarnados y el Creador de todo. En otras palabras, el Ser se revela \u00fanicamente a S\u00ed Mismo. En ello no se involucra ning\u00fan acto finito de cognici\u00f3n. Es la revelaci\u00f3n suprema. De esta manera, el Ser, Uno Mismo, se convierte en sujeto, objeto y medio de la experiencia.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><b>\u00bfQui\u00e9n Soy yo?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Ramana recomend\u00f3 un m\u00e9todo importante para abordar la indagaci\u00f3n de Uno Mismo (<i>atma vichara<\/i>: fijar la mente en la atenci\u00f3n de Uno Mismo y preguntar &#8220;\u00bfqui\u00e9n Soy yo?&#8221;) conocido como el &#8220;m\u00e9todo para traer la <i>aham vritti<\/i> de vuelta a su origen&#8221;. Este m\u00e9todo consiste en investigar la naturaleza y el origen del sentimiento del \u201cyo\u201d como la mejor manera de realizar nuestra Naturaleza Divina. El sentimiento del \u201cyo\u201d, como lo percibimos ahora, no es, por supuesto, el Ser Supremo eterno. Pero Ramana se percat\u00f3 de que es el puente m\u00e1s directo entre el <i>jivatman <\/i>(nuestra conciencia individual) y el <i>atman<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>Al privar al sentimiento del \u201cyo\u201d de todos los pensamientos, emociones, sensaciones y percepciones con las que normalmente se identifica, regresa a su fuente, el Coraz\u00f3n Espiritual. Si podemos romper la conexi\u00f3n entre el sentimiento del \u201cyo\u201d y los pensamientos con los que se identifica, entonces el propio sentimiento del \u201cyo\u201d disminuir\u00e1 y finalmente desaparecer\u00e1. Esto se puede hacer al desprenderse de diferentes pensamientos, sensaciones, etc. y permanecer consciente del sentimiento del \u201cyo\u201d, es decir, el sentimiento interior del \u201cyo\u201d o del \u201cyo Soy\u201d, y excluir todos los dem\u00e1s pensamientos. Ramana afirm\u00f3 que si podemos mantener nuestra atenci\u00f3n en este sentimiento interno del \u201cyo\u201d, excluyendo todos los dem\u00e1s pensamientos, entonces el sentimiento del
