Suenan los cr\u00f3talos, se libera la presi\u00f3n y cuando abres los ojos y estiras las piernas, finalmente sientes la paz y la relajaci\u00f3n que esperabas durante la sesi\u00f3n de meditaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Sal al exterior, disfruta del tacto de las hojas y del color del cielo. Todo parece m\u00e1s brillante y m\u00e1s claro, un poco m\u00e1s cerca de ti de alguna manera.<\/p>\n<p>Esta es la bendici\u00f3n de la meditaci\u00f3n, que puedes recibir siempre que entregues tu coraz\u00f3n a la pr\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n<p>Descansar en la quietud brinda una profunda purificaci\u00f3n, incluso cuando haya agitaci\u00f3n en la superficie. Se trata de un proceso que se profundiza cada vez m\u00e1s con el tiempo y la repetici\u00f3n. Si bien es posible que no obtengas los frutos deseados de la meditaci\u00f3n en cada sesi\u00f3n, gradualmente, los ecos se extienden por todo tu ser y la vida misma comienza a adquirir un tono diferente.<\/p>\n<p>Francamente uno no puede evaluar su progreso a partir de una sola meditaci\u00f3n, sino solo observando el curso de la pr\u00e1ctica y de la vida en general. La pr\u00e1ctica deviene en m\u00e1s momentos de paz, apreciaci\u00f3n de la belleza y apertura a lo inefable, tanto en el coj\u00edn de meditaci\u00f3n como fuera de \u00e9l.
