Hridaya Meditation Serenity Sessions in England

Join us for a calming and healing 2-hour session where you will be invited to sit and tune in to the Heart, observing what arises without judgment. You’ll experience Hridaya Meditation, which helps us connect with the Spiritual Heart and access the true Self beyond the illusions of our conditioning, and Blowing upon the Embers of the Heart, a Sufi technique that brings the Heart even more into focus.
You’ll also be guided into the body through gentle stretching and intuitive movement, releasing tension and inviting a feeling of peace. Restorative postures and deep relaxation will follow, where we will weave a soundscape of healing vibrations of instruments including a gong, shruti box, singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and a Kalimba as you lay with the stillness of the lake and drift into bliss.
